Lets sit down together and design a research or evaluation study that will provide the answers to your questions. I specialize in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research, like literature reviews, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and more. I'll work with your existing data or go out into the world and gather the evidence you need.

Every good project or program needs a good plan to be successful.  Starting from an understanding of your issue(s) and the populations you serve, I will use a combination of design thinking and program science to develop a solution that works for you. Past projects have included public health  campaigns, individual- and group-level programs,  and health service delivery models.

Sometimes you just need somebody else to come in and run the show. I'll design and conduct workshops, meetings, and strategy sessions that are productive and engaging. If you need an after-the-event summary, I'll prepare that for you too.

It's competitive out there. Getting funding requires the right words to describe your bright ideas. I'll work with your in-house team to develop proposals that actually get funded. I've helped clients obtain over $2.5 million to help further their work.
