I have been working with academics, community-based organizations, and health sector service providers for almost a decade to design and conduct research projects that produce actionable insights. Focused on marrying design thinking with robust research methodologies, I aim to deliver utilization-focused results that apply to the 'real world'. I'll work with you at whatever stage your project is at, from early ideation to summative evaluation. My approach is to collaborate with my clients to clarify and scope your questions and then tailor a suite of design and research methods that will produce the solutions you're looking for.
My services include program evaluations that can be conducted at any stage of your program's implementation cycle. Whether you've just identified a problem and want help forming a programmatic solution, or if you've been conducting your program for years, I'll use best-practices in program science to help you understand how and how well your programs are working so that you can maximize impact.
I take the best of design thinking to help find creative solutions to all kinds of issues. Whether you want to better understand a problem, surface those hidden pain points, map your clients' journeys, learn where processes can be improved, or ideate and prototype solutions, I can help facilitate the process with an array of activities that I'll tailor to your unique situation.
